Are you ready for the weekend? I know I am. I have a scheduled spa day ending it with a pedicure - YAY! Both are way over due. As I was thinking about it today, these beautiful images came to mind. It seemed more appropriate than doing my weekend picks - right?. Just very peaceful, calming and relaxing. And lets be honest, I need that right now.

Regardless if you're going to be busy, relaxing, catching up with friends, cleaning the house or going to a spa like me...I hope its a fabulous one!

I couldn't look at my jewelry another second without trying to tidy it up. Everything was everywhere! One earring on the dresser, the other in my tall jewelry box. So yesterday I spent the day organizing. I put my fave pieces here.

Adore my teal beaded necklace here....I begged my sister to make one for me (wish was granted), but this will be available on Etsy, very very soon! Stay tuned.

This poor plate, is the catch-all  --- so easy to throw the pieces here before I go to bed.

So as you can tell, I have a lot of faves but I still have so much more to reveal.

{vintage headband}

I really couldn't be more happy with the way my vintage headband turned out. It was such a pleasure to work with Abby. I hand picked each jewel and with her natural, creative, artistic talent I was in awe when I got this in the mail.

I know what you're thinking....who's the artist?? Some of you may already know, but I came across this as I seem to find more amazing bloggers everday. I couldn't help but post just a few of Garance Dore's illustrations. In addition to her illustrations, she captures streetsytle photography that features inspiring images of Oh-So-Chic women. AMAZING!

I had to do it, it only seemed natural to spin and twirl around in this scarf. It was sooo much fun!

What are your plans for the weekend? Anything fun? I don't have much planned for the weekend as I had an eventful one last weekend, but I do have some errands to run; target, groceries and returning library books. I also think I may stop by Barnes & Noble to grab a few magazines and thinking about it, I need a new journal too. These kind of weekends I love a casual, classy and fab outfit. Wearing your favorite skinny jeans, throwing on a blazer - no matter what color, striped or graphic tee with a varitey of accessories to choose from. Amazing right? Best of all, I love that some of these pieces can be thrown on for last minute decisions as you're running out the door.

Yes Yes Yes! I can't believe I actually found it. Well if you recall, I put this on my Christmas wishlist not having a clue where to get it. Today, as I've been on the internet on this cold, gloomy day I stumbled upon it . I do think it's little (actually a lot) more than I ever thought this stylish clutch would be, but its just so adorable.

Rachel Zoe - a fashionista at best! LOVE her. Quite frankly, this is me right now trying to figure out what I'm going to wear this weekend. Mind you my closet doesn't look like that, but I am sitting looking around with laptop in lap, lol!

What are your plans for the weekend? Heading out of town? Reading a good book? Relaxing & catching up on the DVR? Well, as you know I had a birthday celebration earlier this week and I plan to continue that into the weekend. My older sister will be in town in a few hours to be exact to celebrate with me. There's not a better way to spend it than in LA...shopping, site-seeing, drinks and to step out on the town. Ahhh, I can't wait.

Whatever you may get yourself into, I hope it's a fabulous one!

With most of the world either being buried in snow or experiencing unbelievable cold temps, I only thought it'd be appropriate to look on the bright side of why we love snow at times. At least I feel that way. HA! This is coming from the girl who gets really annoyed & hibernates in the winter. Grant it, I don't have to worry about that anymore (thankful everyday), but none the less, this looks fun.

{happy birthday to me}

Today's post will be short and sweet because it's my birthday. I plan to enjoy this wonderful day for many reasons. 1. First time celebrating my birthday in LA 2. My bf has the day off too. 3. Get to eat sweets. i.e birthday cake and not feel guilty :) Other than that, I'm sure I'll hit a few little shops and for dinner go to a new restaurant. I love trying new things, best part of experiencing this amazing city.

Happy Monday. Wow! I am personally in love with every single one of these rings and would love to start a cute little eclectic collection. Wouldn't you agree? There are so many ways to pull off this look - - -the most simple to ones with a little bling. Well lets just say, the next time you see a post like this it'll be of me wearing one, lol!
